The Indonesian cuisine is mainly identified by the spice in the food and the rice, some of their favorite meals are,
-Sambal a combination of chilies, shrimp paste, lime juice, sugar and salt all pounded up with mortar and pestle.
-Satay meat skewers, whether it’s chicken, goat, mutton or rabbit, the meat gets marinated in turmeric, barbecued and then covered in a peanut sauce.
-Basko Meatball Noodle soup.
-Soto Meat and broth soup topped with crispy shallots and fried garlic.
